Lauren Cimino

Grants Director

Ms. Cimino is responsible for identifying and pursuing government and foundation grant opportunities that will further the mission of HealthRIGHT 360.

She joined Walden House as a Human Resources Manager in 2006, and transitioned to Grants in 2008. She holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Oregon, and a B.A. in English from the University of Southern California.

Lauren Kahn

Director of Public Affairs and Policy

Ms. Kahn is responsible for furthering the agency’s mission through government relations, policy analysis, and advocacy. 

Ms. Kahn has over ten years of experience in healthcare and has held positions in the private, government, and non-profit sectors including multiple positions within HealthRIGHT 360 since she started at the agency in 2007 as a direct service provider. A native San Franciscan, Ms. Kahn earned a master’s degree in public administration from the University of San Francisco and a bachelor’s degree in Italian studies from Trinity College, Hartford, CT. 

Mary Larson

Director of Events & In-Kind Giving

Ms. Larson directs and oversees all agency events, from the signature fundraising gala, “Black Tie and Tie Dye” and the “Be-The-Change Breakfast,” to the northern and southern California program graduations “Celebrations of Achievement.”  She is credited with generating millions of dollars of gift-in-kind donations annually and represents HealthRIGHT 360 to the corporate community in securing products, furnishings, food and clothing.

Originally from New Orleans, Ms. Larson’s background is in international trade and logistics. Mary joined HealthRIGHT 360’s staff in 2007 and is a proud Walden House graduate and success story.

Amy Lessler

Marketing & Communications Manager

Amy Lessler is responsible for marketing and communications for HealthRIGHT 360. She joined the agency as Lyon-Martin’s Development Associate in January 2013. Previously, Ms. Lessler worked at several non-profits and was a personal trainer. She has always had an interest in health, the LGBT community, and promoting equality and accessibility. Ms. Lessler earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Communication from American University, Washington, DC.

Britt Miazgowicz

Director of Grants Management

Britt Miazgowicz oversees the planning, organizing and managing of all grant development functions of the organization. The grants department seeks out funding opportunities to ensure the long-term viability of programs, and works with staff at all levels of the agency to ensure programs are designed to serve the needs of our clients.

Previous to her current position, she worked as Special Assistant to Dr. Vitka Eisen. Ms. Miazgowicz holds a Master's Degree in Art History from the University of Miami, and prior to her work at HealthRIGHT 360 she was the Assistant Director of the Bernice Steinbaum Gallery in Miami, Florida. 

Daniel Montgomery

Director of Facility Operations

Dan oversees and Maintains all operations and Maintenance issues with HealthRIGHT 360 Facilities. Dan is a proud Walden House graduate and a great success story completing treatment over 25 years ago. 

Jordin Montgomery

Managing director of EMR and IT Business Operations

Jordin and his team oversee all aspects of HR360’s behavioral health electronic health records systems including configuration, contractual data reporting, collection, training, and support.

Before joining HR360, Jordin taught secondary school in Hong Kong as well as worked on several HIV prevention grants in Southern California.

Jordin holds a BS in History/Social Studies from Pacific Union College and an MA in Asia Pacific Studies from the University of San Francisco.

Jeff Schindler

Director of Advancement

Mr. Schindler has a leadership role in the current capital campaign to build a new HealthRIGHT 360 integrated healthcare center in San Francisco.

A graduate of San Francisco State University, Mr. Schindler has over twenty-five years of non-profit experience. He joined the HealthRIGHT 360 family in 2008. Prior to fundraising and development, Mr. Schindler worked for over 10 years in program director positions, overseeing social services for elders, teen mothers and their children, and teens living in the foster care system. Mr. Schindler is responsible for the cultivation and stewardship of major gifts, develops communications with elected and government officials, provides executive consultancy to the CEO, and is the staff liaison to the Board of Directors.

Michelle Seidman

Special Assistant to Vitka Eisen, CEO

Ms. Seidman provides administrative and operational support to the CEO and serves as the liaison between the CEO and other internal departments, board members, community members, and key stakeholders

Ms. Seidman joined HealthRIGHT 360 in October 2013 as the Education and Training Coordinator, and later became the Special Assistant to the CEO.  Ms. Seidman received her BA from Wheaton College, Massachusetts in Anthropology.  Prior to working at HealthRIGHT 360, Ms. Seidman provided early literacy intervention to elementary school children in East Oakland.

Controller

Mr. Thai oversees the fiscal department.  He earned his MS in accounting from San Francisco State University. Prior to joining HealthRIGHT 360 in 2013 he was an auditor for several public accounting firms.
