If so, HealthRIGHT 360 is currently looking to fill a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Psychiatric Technician/Certified Nursing Assistant position at our Women's Residential program in Oxnard, CA! The ideal candidate has experience working with people with a history of addiction, is flexible and great at multitasking, and has experience working in detoxification from alcohol and other drugs. Prototypes Women's Center in Oxnard is a residential alcohol and drug rehabilitation center where the client's success is the primary goal. We maintain a client centered supportive environment that at times can be fast paced and ever changing. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assesses and monitors clients and provides care in accordance with treatment objectives and as instructed by supervisor.
  • Participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the nursing care plan.
  • Facilitate referrals to outside medical providers/facilities for medical clearance or treatment when indicated.
  • Facilitates filling of client prescriptions.
  • Audits medication room and destroy medications as needed per policy.
  • Monitor client care and treatment.
  • Oversees the ongoing monitoring and evaluation of clients admitted for detoxification.
  • Provides timely updates and status reports to the Prototypes physician for patients receiving detoxification and/or with co-occurring mental disorders.
  • Adheres to professional standards.
  • Documenst client treatment progress.
  • Maintains a safe environment for clients. 

Education and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • High school diploma or equivalency. 
  • LVN, LPT or CNA  license required. 
  • Must have valid California driver’s license and liability insurance.
  • Vision, hearing manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination must be adequate for performance of job duties.
