The ideal candidate has experience providing counseling services to children/and or adolescents, familiarity with MediCal documentation, and fluent in Spanish. In this position you will receive extensive experience with co-occurring services, BBS hours towards licensure, and work with a fun multi-disciplinary team including clinicians, clinical supervisors, and psychiatrists. Project H.E.R.E. is AARS/HR360's Outpatient Mental Health program for Children and Adolescents. This program is funded by the Santa Clara County Department of Behavioral Health Services - Mental Health Division. Clients in this program range from age 6 - 19 years old. Services include Assessment, Transformational Care Planning,, Crisis Management, Individual and Group Therapy, Pro-Social Recreational Activities, Family / Collateral Sessions, Medication Monitoring and Case Management. Services are providing at clinic/agency site, in schools, in the community and in-home. Project H.E.R.E. is located in the San Jose Youth Department, and the working environment is one of support and fun!
