Behavioral Health Services for Adult ReEntry population

Project Full Circle is a behavioral health program that works with those adults in Santa Clara County who are re-entering into the community from incarceration.  

Services include:

  • Intake and Assessment
  • Treatment Planning
  • Individual and Group Counseling
  • Crisis
  • Intensive Case Management
  • Peer Mentoring

Services are provided at the Santa Clara County ReEntry Resource Center, AARS Tully Road Office, in-home, and in-custody.  

Project Full Circle is funded by the Santa Clara County Executive Office.
