Transitional living opportunities to help individuals meet their treatment goals

HealthRIGHT 360 offers Sober Living Environment Programs as an interim step-down level of care for participants who have achieved significant progress toward treatment goals, but who are not yet ready to fully step down to community-based living. Participants in this variable-length program live in one of two gender-specific buildings and continue their behavioral health treatment services at other HealthRIGHT 360 facilities. Individuals may take advantage of this transitional living opportunity for up to one year.

Program services address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, develop meaningful links to needed services, and ultimately support lasting recovery. Case management strategies facilitate linkages to primary care and increase social support. HealthRIGHT 360 dedicates one case manager to each facility to provide individual, group, and family counseling. Assessment, collaborative treatment planning, HIV services, medication management, prevention and family involvement are also integral parts of the Sober Living program experience.
