HR360 Community Service Coordinators monitor levels of care and participant progress towards meeting Treatment Plan goals and objectives. Participants are encouraged to be invested in their own success. As a response to the prevalence of trauma in the lives of justice-involved populations in general and especially for women, HR360 takes trauma into account in all aspects of the program.
Linkages made for services include: substance use disorder treatment, employment readiness, education/literacy, mental health issues, family reunification, anger management, and life skills.
