HealthRIGHT 360 San Mateo Clinic provides primary care and/or medication assisted treatment (MAT) in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment to individuals in San Mateo County. Our team is experienced with the complex healthcare and care coordination needs that may result from substance use disorders, mental health diagnoses, and life stressors.

- Chronic disease prevention
- Chronic disease management
- Medical evaluation and treatment of substance use disorders using Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Integrated primary care and behavioral health services
- Close collaboration with county behavioral health services

Monday-Friday:
8:30 AM -12:15 PM, 12:45 – 4:45 PM
Closed for lunch 12:15 PM—12:45 PM
A Medical Provider is on-call during non-business hours including weekends and holidays. For urgent matters call: (415) 746 -1940.

Notice to Patients Regarding HR360’s Sliding Fee Discount Program
HR360 provides a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all eligible patients. Eligibility is based on income and family size only. You may be eligible for HR360’s Sliding Fee Discount Program, please inquire with the reception/front desk staff for additional information and an application form or call us at 800-200-7181.
Please note: The sliding fee discount only applies to primary medical care services (not to behavioral health services).
