HealthRIGHT 360 Board of Directors votes unanimously to approve a historic first union contract between HealthRIGHT 360, SEIU Local 1021, 721, and 221.
San Francisco – In December 2019, HealthRIGHT 360 began the process of building our new relationship with our staff’s chosen union representative (SEIU) and initiating the process for HealthRIGHT 360’s first-ever collective bargaining agreement.
Last Friday, we reached a huge milestone: our staff ratified the first-ever collective bargaining agreement for HealthRIGHT 360. The employees of HealthRIGHT 360 are the most important part of our organization, and today, the HealthRIGHT 360 Board of Directors is pleased to honor and respect the wishes of our non-profit workers by signing the union contract between HealthRIGHT 360, workers, and their union. This 2-year contract places the best interests of our clients, staff, and the organization as a whole at the center of our work.
