Vitka is the President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthRIGHT 360, a healthcare provider for very low income and otherwise marginalized Californians. With over 30 years of experience in human services, Vitka has dedicated her career to supporting people and communities struggling with addiction and incarceration through the provision of integrated, compassionate, and relevant care.

Since being appointed to her current role in 2010, Vitka has led HealthRIGHT 360 through a series of mergers, growing the organization to serve over 30,000 people annually.

Tony Duong

Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer for HealthRIGHT 360, Tony is responsible for the organization’s financial functions including: resource planning, strategic innovation, business development and new business opportunities, treasury management, accounting, audits, and reporting.

Tony has nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit healthcare administration, including previously serving as Interim Executive Director for Asian American Recovery. He was instrumental in facilitating the 2013 merger between Asian American Recovery Services and HealthRIGHT 360, having held various key positions within both organizations. Tony is on the board of trustees of the Nonprofits Benefits Trust and holds a Masters in Accounting and a Bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, both from Golden Gate University.

Jegan Anandasakaran

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Information Officer

Jegan brings over 15 years of executive management experience to his role of Chief Operating Officer & Chief Information Officer for HealthRIGHT 360. Known as a problem solver and systems thinker, Jegan oversees: EHR systems, Network Infrastructure & Support, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Compliance & Risk Management, Transportation, Food Services, and Maintenance.

Jegan is passionate about personal growth, the individual growth of staff, & team development. He takes pride in using impactful and innovative strategies to build teams that are lauded for their excellence & partnerships. He loves hiking & nature and is the proud father of two little ones. Jegan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis.

Dr. Ana Valdés

Chief Healthcare Officer

Dr. Valdés’ career has been characterized by a consistent focus on advocacy for low-income patients, improvements in community health, and a deep understanding of health policy issues. Dr. Valdés graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Tufts School of Medicine, and her early career as a doctor included work in rural New Mexico, Mexico, and Guatemala. During the course of her professional activities she has had engagements with the Harvard School of Public Health, and the California Healthcare Foundation Healthcare Leadership Training Program.

Dr. Valdés oversees all services related to the whole health of all HealthRIGHT 360 clients throughout California, including behavioral health, medical and dental care, in custody treatment, and Re-Entry services. She has a special focus on Integration of all services in the continuum throughout the organization, bringing on merged entities to enhance the cultural integration and best practice learning across both organizations, and creating a robust Continuous Quality Improvement program across the agency that incorporates the Quadruple Aim. She works to foster a culture of high quality care and excellence throughout the organization for our marginalized and underserved communities.

Shabana Siegel

Chief Philanthropy and Marketing Officer

Shabana joined HealthRIGHT 360 in February 2019. She brings 24 years of experience in fundraising in the San Francisco Bay Area to HealthRIGHT 360. She was most recently the Vice President of Philanthropy. Shabana has always had a passion for helping the most vulnerable and marginalized in the community.

In her current role as Chief Philanthropy and Marketing Officer, Shabana leads the fundraising and marketing for HealthRIGHT 360. Shabana and her team look to shine a spotlight on the much needed services provided by HealthRIGHT 360, and the impact being made in the community. They welcome you to get inspired and involved with HealthRIGHT 360!

Shabana is originally from England, where she studied at Lancaster University and received a combined Honours degree in Psychology and Italian. For the last 26 years, she has served as Congregation Emanuel-El’s volunteer leader for the winter nights of cooking and serving 100 dinners a night for men experiencing homelessness in San Francisco.

She is thrilled to help raise the support and awareness of HealthRIGHT 360’s work giving healthcare to those who can’t afford insurance.

Dr. Shawnté Alexander

Vice President NorCal Behavioral Health

Dr. Shawnté Alexander is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and has her doctorate in counseling psychology. She has more than 20 years of experience working in areas related to Child Welfare, Human Services and Healthcare. Dr. Alexander is an experienced healthcare provider and leader with a focus on population health and value-based care models. She has expertise in compliance, change management, and system -based quality improvement. She joined HealthRight360 in 2022 as Vice President of Behavioral Health, Northern California. She oversees residential, outpatient, transitional housing, and crisis services.

Demetrius Andreas

Vice President of Community and Aftercare Programs

Demetrius has worked for over 30 years in community programs with an emphasis towards criminal justice populations. He is responsible for providing executive direction and operational oversight for various HealthRIGHT 360’s criminal justice programs spanning across the State. These programs include STOP (Specialized Treatment for Optimized Programming) for Program Area Six, based in San Diego, The Los Angeles Probation Department’s AB109 population, the Los Angeles County Jail Health Services, the Contra Costa East-Central Network and others.

Demetrius is a Certified Clinical Supervisor and Criminal Justice professional with expertise in the development, administration, planning and quality assurance substance use, mental health and behavioral issues to the incarcerated and post incarcerated population.

Maribel Baez, MS-HA

Vice President of Medical Services

Maribel has over a decade of experience in health care operations, program management, and quality improvement. She is certified in LEAN practices in Healthcare. She began her career in nonprofit healthcare focused on primary care for the unhoused and undocumented population.  

As the Vice President of Medical Services, she oversees all operational aspects of the medical clinics and their respective service lines. She provides project management for regulatory compliance audits at federal and state level. Maribel assists in the development of proposals for funding opportunities. She supports innovative program development, implementation, and analysis. She endorses continuous quality improvement initiatives and patient centered care.   

Maribel received a Masters in Healthcare Administration, with an emphasis in Interprofessional Leadership, from the University of California, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Mount Saint Mary’s University. Maribel is an alumni of the Blue Shield of California Foundation’s Clinic Leadership Institute. Outside of work, Maribel enjoys being outdoors, gardening, staying active, and spending time with her family and dog Chico. 

Dylan Grattidge

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Dylan oversees the areas of IT Network Operations, Transportation & Warehousing, Maintenance and Food Services for HealthRIGHT 360’s programs and facilities, collaboratively working with cross-functional teams to design and operate efficient logistical systems that help the agency meet its strategic goals.

In 2015, Dylan joined Prototypes as the agency’s Director of Information Technology, and began leading the Network Operations team after the merger with HealthRIGHT 360 in 2016.  Prior to joining Prototypes and HR360, Dylan worked in IT leadership capacities for Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles and CHIME Institute, bringing over a decade of experience in non-profit IT operations.  Dylan has earned a BS in Information Systems and an MBA from California State University Northridge, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dan George

Vice President of Business Development

Dan recently joined HealthRIGHT 360 in June 2023. He has over 24 years of experience in the substance use disorder and behavioral health field, both in organizational administrative leadership and in program level research-to-practice. Dan is passionate about the use of evidence-based practices and science supported interventions in addressing behavioral health issues and believes it is essential for destigmatizing substance use disorder and establishing parity with the primary care treatment field. 

In the new role of VP of Business Development, he is responsible for expanding the business of the organization by strengthening existing funder relationships; forging new relationships with community stakeholders and business partners; and collaborating across intra-agency departments in the implementation of new agency-wide projects.  

Dan has earned a Masters in Public Health (MPH) degree from Cal State University, Northridge, with an emphasis on Program Design, as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Redlands, with an emphasis on Finance.

Evan Hoese

Vice President of Systems Integration and Innovation

At HealthRIGHT 360 since 2015, Evan assumed her current role in 2019. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s electronic health records systems, Evan ensures that data is efficiently captured and utilized. As the organization expands, Evan leads initiatives to increase integration and coordination between internal and external partners in order to streamline clinical workflows and ensure compliance and funder requirements are met. Evan holds a BA from Harvard University in Social and Cognitive Neuroscience.

Gary McCoy

Vice President of Policy & Public Affairs

As Vice President of Policy & Public Affairs, Gary oversees government and external affairs, press and media relations, and advocacy efforts on behalf of HealthRIGHT 360, its workers, and clients. Gary experienced homelessness as a young adult, having lived on the streets of San Francisco throughout his twenties with substance use disorder, and was once a client at our very own Haight Ashbury Free Clinics. Since getting back on his feet over a decade ago, Gary has been heavily involved in advocating for policies and spearheading public health responses that directly relate to people experiencing homelessness, people in recovery from substance use disorder, people involved in the criminal justice system, and life-saving harm-reduction approaches for people who use drugs.

Prior to joining HealthRIGHT 360, Gary worked for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi as a Senior Congressional Aide, with the San Francisco Recreation and Parks Department, and as a Legislative Aide to three Members of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Previous community commitments have been on the boards of the California Homeless Coordinating & Financing Council, the San Francisco Shelter Monitoring Committee, and the Castro Country Club, a sober gathering space for queers and allies in recovery from substance use disorder.

Britt Miazgowicz

Vice President of Contracts and Implementation

Britt Miazgowicz oversees the Contracts, Implementation and Grants subdivisions of the Fiscal Department.

The Grants team is responsible for applying for publicly funded service contracts, in support of the agency’s mission. The team coordinates government proposal writing and preparation efforts across the state of California, from locating potential funding opportunities to proposal development, compilation, and submission.

The Implementation team project manages new contracts, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to assure that new programs are fully functional within the timeframe mandated by the contract and meet scope of work requirements to optimally serve clients. The Contracts team is responsible for management of the organization’s contracts database, ensuring that contracts are properly organized, stored, and shared with relevant staff and departments for optimal efficiency and to fulfill funder requirements. They also work closely with Compliance to facilitate the process of vetting, negotiating terms and executing contract documents.

Britt has been with HR360 for 8 years. Previous to her current position, she worked as the Director of Grants Management and as Special Assistant to Dr. Vitka Eisen.

Ana-Cristina (Cris) Navarro

Deputy Chief of Compliance

Cris has developed and management compliance programs at government entities, hospitals, healthcare systems, and community health clinics for nearly 20 years, and was engaged in private legal practice before that, specializing in regulatory matters and Federal Criminal Defense. She, along with the Compliance team, is responsible for ensuring an effective Compliance Program in support of HealthRIGHT 360’s programs and clients, and in leading the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management efforts.

Cris earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami and her Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing and History at the University of Bridgeport. After law school, Cris was awarded an Echoing Green Fellowship and co-founded a not-for-profit program to provide free legal services and resources for the HIV+ population of South Florida.

Michelle Rosemond, MS

Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB)

she/her

Michelle leads the DEIB strategy at the core of HR360’s strategic plan. She is focused on cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce, fostering a culture of belonging, implementing culturally relevant client services, and sustaining equitable systems. Michelle’s unwavering commitment to racial equity, social justice, and restorative practices is evident through her tenure as co-lead of Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism, and Equity (iDARE) Steering Committee. Approaching DEIB to uplift and transform, she emphasizes conscious examination, critical learning, and intentional change. Michelle began at Prototypes in 2009 and joined HR360 through the 2016 merger.

In her prior capacity as Managing Director of Prevention and Domestic Violence Programs, she managed contracts and developed workflows that were strength-based, trauma informed, culturally relevant, and grounded in the community. A notable achievement is developing the Cultural Broker Program, addressing disparities of African American families in the child protective services system. Michelle holds a BA degree in Psychology from UCLA and an MS degree in Counseling Psychology from USC. Michelle is a proud Haitian-American, rooted to deliver her best by emphasizing values of culture, respect, resiliency, and community.

April Torres

Deputy Chief Behavioral Health Officer

April has worked in the field of behavioral health since 1991 and has extensive experience developing programs specifically designed for women. April is a proud graduate of Prototypes and a true success story. After completing treatment, she began her career as an overnight counselor with Prototypes. More than two decades later, April went on to receive her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Pitzer College and her master’s degree in social work from California State University, San Bernardino. Eventually, her hard work and dedication led her to become Vice President of Integration at Prototypes, overseeing residential programming and building the agency’s integrated care program.

Today, April applies her expertise toward ensuring the provision of high-quality, integrated services as HealthRIGHT 360’s Vice President of Behavioral Health for our Southern California programs.

Sabrina Z. Ullah, LCSW

Vice President of Southern California Behavioral Health

Sabrina started her career as a social worker working in women’s violence prevention education and has been in the field since 2005. Her background and expertise are rooted in social justice, community mental health, program, and leadership development. Sabrina has managed many aspects of program development including writing RFPs, program design, overseeing budgets, hiring/training staff, running multi-county programs, and mentoring and developing emerging leaders. She joined HealthRIGHT 360 in 2019 as the Managing Director of Los Angeles County Behavioral Health. In her current role as Vice President of Southern California Behavioral Health, Sabrina supports mental health, substance use disorder, housing, prevention, and domestic violence support services across Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, and San Diego Counties.

Sabrina completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Master’s in Social Work at the University of Southern California. Sabrina’s passion for her work is tied to teaching, empowering, and learning from one another, so that together, we can make our communities and society better for all people.

Diane Ireland

Board Chair

Diane Ireland is the Associate Director, Facilities and EH&S at Pliant Therapeutics, Inc., a biotechnology company developing breakthrough treatments for fibrotic diseases. Previously, Diane worked for Samsung Research America and Joie de Vivre Hospitality.

Diane has a Hospitality Management Degree from California Culinary Academy, a BS in Organizational Behavior from University of San Francisco, an MBA from Saint Mary’s College, and a Master of Legal Studies from American University. Diane served on the Alumni Board of Directors at USF for four years, and has served as President and Treasurer for her HOA.

Diane joined HealthRIGHT 360 Board of Directors in March, 2019 after being a longtime friend and supporter of the organization.

Sankar Venkatraman

Board Vice-chair

Sankar Venkatraman is Chief Evangelist at LinkedIn Talent Solutions. As part of this role, he is responsible for bringing the voice of the customer to the organization and driving product development to help create economic opportunity for LinkedIn’s members. Sankar has a Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA from Cornell and is based out of Sunnyvale, CA office.

When he is not working Sankar is an avid traveler, hiker, and a vegetarian foodie. Previously to his board role at HR360, Sankar was on the board of Community Health Awareness Council (CHAC) of Mountain View, CA.

Daniel Binder

Treasurer

Daniel is an independent Management Consultant focused on Retail projects globally. He sits on Private Equity investment boards and is often engaged as a strategic Advisor in restructuring and business transformation initiatives. Daniel was employed at DFS, a luxury global Travel Retailer, and most recently their President overseeing Supply Chain, Retail Planning and Digital Transformation based in Hong Kong.

Daniel lives in Seattle, Washington.

Yener Balan, MD, DFAPA

Yener Balan, MD, DFAPA is a board-certified psychiatrist and is currently the Vice President of Behavioral Health and Specialty Services for Kaiser Permanente, Northern California. 

He provides health plan oversight and direction to the NCAL Behavioral Health Program and Specialty Services as they develop an integrated model of 21st-century health care – investing in technology, people, and research to drive market leading performance; engaging members and families in quality improvement efforts; implementing processes that focus on proactive intervention and prevention; and engaging with organizations in the community to help shape the growth, education, and training of the behavioral health and specialty services workforce. 

Natalie Beaulieu

Natalie is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Adobe. She previously launched a women’s wellness app called Sanity & Self that helped over 1 million women alleviate mental health stressors. She joined the HealthRight360 Board of Directors in March 2022 after feeling compelled to do more to help the community of San Francisco.

As a Bay Area native, Natalie is passionate about providing equal access to healthcare and quality education and additionally volunteers as an after-school and writing tutor at 826 Valencia. Outside of work, she loves weight lifting, meditating, hiking, rollerblading, and tinkering with new recipes.

Rodrigo Boulos

Rodrigo Boulos is the West Coast Head of Trade & Working Capital Sales team for J.P. Morgan, covering Commercial Banking clients.

With more than 25 years working in the banking industry, Rodrigo has extensive corporate finance experience, serving as Treasurer and  Investment Banking Managing Director for local and international banks in Brazil, before joining HSBC’s Global Trade and Receivables Finance team in 2013, serving the bank in  Dubai and later California until 2022, when he joined J.P. Morgan.

Rodrigo is graduated from Oxford University (United Kingdom) in Financial Strategy and holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil).

He lives in San Francisco, with his wife and daughters.

Bryan B.C.I. Graham

Board Member

Bryan B.C.I. Graham is the Senior Director of Facilities for The YMCA of the East Bay. As a graduate of Penn State Architectural Engineering program, he has worked as a mechanical engineering consultant in the Bay Area. As an in house engineer / Facility Manager for Gap Inc. corporate facilities, and now the Director of Facilities for the YMCA East Bay Branches. He spends his time designing, building, managing, and evaluating corporate facilities.

Kathryn Holmes

Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Kathy is one of the longest serving board members of HealthRIGHT 360. A community leader with a caring and compassionate heart, Kathy also serves on the boards of the American Red Cross, Bay Area and the YMCA. Kathy has resided in San Francisco since 1985.

Kristina Huhn

Kristina Huhn

Kristina Huhn is a Vice President of Municipal Banking at Barclays, where she works with local governments and nonprofits to execute financings for critical public infrastructure and programs. Kristina works with clients across the utilities, education, transportation, general government and healthcare sectors and lends her experience structuring direct debt and capital markets transactions, with a focus on sustainable financings. Prior to joining Barclays, she worked for over five years in biotechnology driving product commercialization and business development. Kristina holds a B.S. from California Polytechnic State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Dr. Lawrence Lusk

Board Member

Dr. Lawrence Lusk is a gastrointestinal and liver specialist who retired from Kaiser Permanente, South San Francisco in 2020 after 36 years in practice. At Kaiser Dr. Lusk held many leadership roles including President of the Medical Staff, Chief of Education, Chief of Gastroenterology, Senior Consultant, and was a member of the Kaiser Liver Transplant Advisory Board. A Volunteer Clinical Professor of Medicine at UCSF, he has taught medical students, residents and fellows since 1987 and been the recipient of numerous teaching awards. Dr. Lusk also volunteers with the MAVEN Project, providing video and electronic consultations to free and charitable clinics around the country. He received his M.D. from Dartmouth Medical School and completed his post-graduate training at the University of Michigan and University of Colorado.

Talia Pierluissi

Talia is a partner at Aspiriant where she serves clients as a wealth manager. Prior to Aspiriant, Talia worked in fundraising for the Stanford University School of Engineering and served on the founding teams of two successful start-ups. Talia is a Certified Financial Planner®, with an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Karen E. Pointer

Board Member

Karen E. Pointer is a Partner with Lerman & Pointer LLP, an employment law and business litigation firm in Los Angeles. She regularly represents her clients in litigation through trial and before state and federal administrative agencies in matters involving claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations.

A Los Angeles native, Ms. Pointer is active in the community. In addition to the Board of HealthRIGHT 360, she serves on the Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Club of Metro Los Angeles and the African American Alumni Association of Loyola Marymount University. She is also a member of the Emeritus Council of the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, having served for 8 years on the Food Bank’s Board of Directors. Ms. Pointer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctor degree from UCLA School of Law.

Alex Pugh

Board Member

Alex Pugh joined the HealthRIGHT 360 Board of Directors in November 2018 after being a longtime supporter of the organization.

Alex Pugh is a partner at Lubin, Olson & Niewiadomski, LLP, practicing in its real estate, construction, finance and business law groups. Alex represents clients in a wide range of transactions, including debt and equity financing, real estate acquisitions and sales, real estate construction and development, commercial and industrial leasing and ground leases, workouts, mortgage loan repurchase transactions, and UCC and mortgage foreclosures.

Alex has a B.A. from Trinity College and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law. Alex lives in San Francisco with his wife and two children. Alex was previously a member of the board of directors of Streetside Stories.

Ahmad Thomas

Board Member

Ahmad Thomas is the CEO of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, a business organization of hundreds of Silicon Valley’s most dynamic companies working to shape the innovation economy of California and the nation. His work is focused on driving market-based outcomes and public policy solutions to enhance business competitiveness with an emphasis on infrastructure, diversity + inclusion, tax and regulatory policies, and climate change. Prior to joining SVLG, Thomas worked for over a decade as an investment banker where he specialized in structuring and financing public infrastructure and social impact projects across multiple sectors. Thomas previously served as a senior aide to U.S. Senator Dianne Feinstein in Washington, D.C. He holds a B.S. from Cornell University, Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Timothy Torres

Board Member

Timothy is the Chief Security Officer at TriNet. With over 20 years of experience in security and technology, Timothy brings a rich perspective on how organizations can fulfill their mission and safely serve their customers and communities. Timothy is an author and frequent guest speaker. His most recent work on medical device cybersecurity was published by the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI).

Timothy holds a BS from Azusa Pacific University and an MBA from the University of Southern California. In addition to holding numerous certifications, Timothy studied at Harvard University and MIT on Cyber Security and Technology Strategy & Innovation.

Eric Flowers

Board Chair

Eric Flowers is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ramsell Corporation, where pharmacy benefit management and technology solutions are provided to State and local health departments across the country. He played a crucial role in transforming the company into a leader in ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Programs) services. He has used his extensive experience in public health delivery, contracts, and business management in governance and operations at Haight Ashbury – Walden. An East Bay business leader, Eric is on the Board of Directors of Sutter Health Bay Area and serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Economics and Business Administration at Saint Mary’s College of California. Eric is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley and earned his MBA at Saint Mary’s.

The Hon. Ellen Chaitin

Board Vice Chair

Ellen Chaitin, now retired, served as a judge for the San Francisco Superior Court for 20 years, and practiced as a criminal defense attorney for almost two decades.

She served as a Board Member on the San Francisco Pre-Trial Diversion Project, San Francisco CASA, and the Jewish Community Center. Judge Chaitin received her law degree from Hastings Law School, and Bachelor of Arts from NYU. She co-taught the first Women and the Law class at Hastings in 1973, and co-wrote “Is Gay Suspect?,” the first law review article urging the application of equal protection to LGBT Americans.

Stephen Wilson

Stephen (“Steve”) Wilson is a veteran business and real estate lawyer in the San Francisco office of Withers Bergman LLP, a worldwide law firm focused on estate planning, taxation and related wealth management legal services for individuals and family offices on all continents. Steve’s primary responsibilities are real estate transactional matters on the West Coast. In San Francisco, Steve was co-founder of Homeless Children’s Network (1997) an enduring part of the nonprofit social services network providing mental health services to children of homeless families in the city. He has maintained an advisory relationship since HCN’s founding. He is a longtime director and volunteer for Children’s HopeChest, Inc., a leading faith-based provider of care to orphans in East Africa, Russia and other regions. HIs experience as a HealthRIGHT 360 advisor covers eight years.

Kathryn Holmes

Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Kathy is one of the longest serving board members of HealthRIGHT 360. A community leader with a caring and compassionate heart, Kathy also serves on the boards of the American Red Cross, Bay Area and the YMCA. Kathy has resided in San Francisco since 1985.

Ed Miller

Board Member

Ed is a serial CEO and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in both education technology and enterprise software. He has held SVP and President roles at public companies, including Platinum Technology and Blackboard Inc. He has also been CEO of several startups including SQL Software, Xythos and Data Hero, all of which were successful acquired.

Mr. Miller has been part of the HealthRIGHT 360 family since its days as the Haight Ashbury Free Clinics, where his brother-in-law, the late Dr. George “Skip” Gay, founded Rock Medicine. Ed not only volunteered at Rock Med, but also designed and implemented the Clinic’s first computer system in 1982.

Peter Sullivan

Board Member

Peter Sullivan is President of PSAI Reality Partners, a private equity real estate investment firm in San Francisco. Peter has 35 years of experiences in leasing, finance, syndication and investment in Bay Area commercial real estate. A third generation Californian, Peter earned his B.A. Cum Laude as an Independent Scholar from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts. A father of two, Peter resides in Mill Valley with his wife Cynthia.
