PHASE 1 was completed in December 2015. This included locating the building, negotiating with the seller, securing the bank loans, securing New Market Tax Credits, and fundraising to raise the first $5,000,000 of the fifteen million dollars needed.
We are building a modern medical center, providing a one-stop shop for comprehensive, integrated healthcare that is available to all.
A transformation is underway
In 2014 HealthRIGHT 360 purchased a 50,000 square foot 5-story building in the Octavia /Van Ness corridor neighborhood of San Francisco, to integrate healthcare services for vulnerable clients with multiple health care needs.
The adaptive reuse transformation of the building is underway, and we are engaged in a capital campaign to raise $15,000,000 over the next three years. To date, we have raised $6,000,000.
In one easily-accessed center, we will provide primary medical and chronic disease treatment, dentistry, mental health services, substance use disorder treatment, resource/re-entry services (housing, employment, education, computer literacy, and wellness) and a pharmacy.
