PHASE 1 was completed in December 2015. This included locating the building, negotiating with the seller, securing the bank loans, securing New Market Tax Credits, and fundraising to raise the first $5,000,000 of the fifteen million dollars needed.
We are now in full swing of PHASE 2 of the capital campaign to raise the next $10,000,000 to complete our goal. Hard hat tours are being given to interested parties and foundations who wish to invest in one of San Francisco’s most innovative and high profile projects.
Join with Mayor Lee, Supervisor Jane Kim, Public Health Director Barbara Garcia, and Executive Director of Human Services Trent Rhorer in supporting this important campaign. Help us to improve the lives of some of our city’s hardest-to-reach citizens and in doing so, make San Francisco a safer and more habitable environment for all its residents and work force.
